Liang Chen, a security researcher from KeenLab, has become the first to demonstrate a working iOS 12 jailbreak on an iPhone X. iOS 12 has already been cracked In less than a week, KeenLab has built an app that jailbreaks the first iOS 12 beta without the need for a computer or any other additional hardware. The video below shows the complete jailbreak process, which installs a working Cydia store on an iPhone X. But we shouldnโt get our hopes up just yet. This is the first iOS 12 beta, and if Apple doesnโt block this exploit in its second release, it will almost certainly eliminate it by the time iOS 12 makes its public debut this fall.
